Through the Growth Track, you'll find community, grow spiritually, and discover how your life fits into God's greater mission. Rooted in Psalm 92, the Growth Track invites you into a biblical promise – to be planted in the house of God, to flourish in every season, and to bear fruit that lasts.
Step One: Community
Step One is about finding your people, getting to know your church, and understanding why community matters in your faith journey. Here, you’ll experience connection, learn what Encounter is about, and step into a place where you are known, supported, and grounded through every season in life.
Step Two: Growth
Step Two focuses on building a strong foundation for your life and faith - exploring who God created you to be, what a healthy faith looks like, and the kind of growth that shapes how you live every day. You’ll learn how to develop a strong foundation that can shape your life for years to come.
Step Three: Mission
Step Three helps you discover your purpose, develop a personal growth plan, and take meaningful steps toward serving, leadership, and impact. Here you’ll learn how your life can create a lasting impact through serving others and being part of God’s Mission.

We will meet in the Admin building in the board room. That’s the middle building and the first door on your left.
